1. Lead, develop and manage identity and access management team
2. Create, review, prioritize and execute Identity and Access Management strategy and road map
3. Oversee and improve identity and access management daily operation practice
4. Research, develop and maintain new technology to manage identity and access, including single sign on and multi-factor authentication
5. Develop, enforce and review identity and access-related policies
6. Create, update and review company-wide user access matrix and privilege
7. Analyze, then approve or reject new user access request or changes based on need-to-know and least privilege principle

Requirements
1. Having a solid understanding of identity management and service management concept
2. Experienced in managing and developing user access matrix, identity and access management, also single sign on system
3. Strong communication skill in team management, document writing and presentation
4. Possessing analytical thinking and problem-solving skill
5. Self-starter and can work with minimum supervision
6. Minimum 5 years of experience in security or service management, with at least 1-year experience in managing team.
7. Having a security certification in security management (e.g. CISSP, CISM) or service management (e.g. IT-IL) will be highly considered
